SECURITY SPECIALIST PRE-EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

I understand that any information provided by me that is false, incomplete or misrepresented in any respect, will be sufficient to (1) cancel further consideration of this application or (2) immediately discharge me from the employer’s service whenever it is discovered. I understand that in order to retain necessary flexibility in the administration of policies and procedures, Success Protective Services and its Member Companies reserve the right to change, revise, or eliminate any of the policies and/or benefits described in the employee handbook that will be issued to me if I am offered employment, except for its policy of employment-at-will. The only recognized deviations from the stated policies are those authorized and signed by the Vice President of Human Resource of Success Protective Services. I understand that nothing contained in the application, or conveyed during any interview which may be granted or during my employment, if hired, is intended to create an employment contract between me and the company. In addition, I understand and agree that that if I am employed, my employment is classified as “AT WILL” and is for no definite or determinable period and may be terminated, with or without prior notice at the option of either myself or the company, and that no promises or representation contrary to the foregoing are binding on the company unless made in writing and signed by me and a designated representative of Success Protective Services.

Job Announcement: Executive Protection Agent 

Salary: Contractual 

Job Summary: Incumbent reports to the Director, Senior Protection Specialist and Senior Agent‐In‐Charge. The incumbent serves as an Agent and participates in coordinating security, communications, transportation, accommodation and logistics requirements for client as well as accompanying dignitaries and their family, to assure the personal safety of the client and his party at all times during any emergencies which may arise, regardless of the physical location of the client. Agent further provides executive‐level personal security protection of client to and from his/her residence and office, while attending events and meetings of official nature outside his/her office, while on travel, within the United States and overseas, and during periods of heightened threats or federal government alert that would require continuous protection. 


Qualifications: Incumbent must have successfully completed an accredited basic law enforcement or executive protection training program (civilian or military); having at least one year of previous law enforcement or 3 years private security experience, and not having been convicted of domestic violence. Incumbent must quality with use of a firearm and maintain proficiency and provide documentation, must maintain certification in CPR‐AED and First Aid, must maintain valid driver's license with no moving violations, must pass pre‐employment Drug Test prior to appointment and subject to random drug testing. Incumbent must submit to background investigation. Preference is given to veterans. Success Protective Services reserves the exclusive right to accept or deny any application, and to terminate without cause or notice. The most qualified candidates will be referred to the President for consideration and possible interview. Selection will be made within 30 days, and you will be notified in writing of the outcome.
