Duties

Agents may serve as Detail Leader for contractor staffed protective security details. Provides physical protection for high profile clients both CONUS or overseas locations. Drives the lead vehicle, a principal’s vehicle or follow-vehicle as required in motorcade or similar operations. Provides body protection as part of protective formations during principal’s walking movements. Provides static coverage at principal’s residence, in a Command Post or other location as required. Reviews and assesses information relevant to the assigned protective operation to anticipate problems or incidents.

Responds to emergency situations in accordance with established security policies, standards and procedures. Serves as a member of advance teams that plan and coordinate protective operations. Conducts site surveys to assess factors affecting the protective environment of sites to be visited. May carry and operate weapons and other specialized equipment required in the conduct of protective operations. Maintains requisite level of skills in firearms and other protective equipment and trains other agents in these skills.

All of our agents are graduates of a Government Protective Services or Private Executive Protection courses from: State, Federal, Military or an industry recognized and respected civilian executive protection school. We train our staff in protective arts, including specialties in unarmed combat, firearms, tactical driving, screening and controlling crowds, protective escorting, electronic surveillance, marksmanship, advance security, etiquette, networking, physical security, legal powers & limitations, close protection, searches & sweeps, route selection, aviation security, threat assessments, customer service, foot & vehicle movement, control & leadership and teamwork.

Training

Quality training is the key to professional service. Each officer completes the security training course certified by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, including field note taking, report writing, emergency response, New York State laws, powers and authority, and firearms training if applicable. On the job training is site specific and tailored to each duty post. All personnel receive detailed job orientation and on-going training related to industry standards and State licensing requirements. Attention is given to CPR, first aid, customer service relations, and patrol techniques. Post Orders are created to serve as a reference and training guide.

Supervision

Supervisors are training and making inspections around the clock to ensure excellent performance and professional standards of appearance.

Communication

Our clients have access to top supervisors through our 24 hour dispatch system. Supervisors are available to immediately respond to any serious incident that might occur on your property and serve as a backup to assist local authorities, your personnel, or our Security officers.

Licenses & Benefits

We are in compliance with all federal and state requirements regarding workers compensation, unemployment, and liability insurance. The hourly rate plus sales tax represents the total cost to the customer for the security service, including payroll costs and taxes, unemployment and Social Security, workers comp and liability insurance, illness and vacation expenses, training, uniforms, direct supervision, equipment and other fringe benefits.
